Our Process

One

We’d be so honored to be part of your day! We will ask that you complete our questionnaire that helps us automate and streamline our process. Please share as much info as you can – we also understand you might not have all the details figured out yet. Once the questionnaire is received and we confirm our availability for your date, you will receive a calendar link to schedule a phone consultation.

Two

Once the consultation is scheduled, feel free to send us your inspiration photos, Pinterest links, etc. During our consultation we will work to refine your collection of inspiration and create a list of items needed with floral seasonality and your desired style in mind.

Three

Following our consult, you will receive an estimate that is valid for 5 days. Nothing is set in stone – we can continue to add and/or adjust to get closer to the look and budget you're happy with. Please note, your date is not secure until we receive your retainer payment. Once the estimate expires we can no longer hold the date and pricing is subject to change.

Four

If you love what we offer and want to move forward with securing our services, we will send a detailed proposal, formal contract and collect the non-refundable retainer. We can continue the design process and continue to make adjustments as needed.

Five

A few weeks before your wedding we will check-in for any changes to your order, confirm quantities make adjustments and confirm logistics as needed. Your final balance is due 3 weeks before your event.
